Shown here is a Saxon Shrike with the leather peel & stick "Grip Saddle".
This is a great quick-fit to virtually any bow, enhancing the feel and control of the bow. You will notice here that the Saddle is rotated more to the palm side of the grip. This offers full coverage in the major contact area of the hand for the most "positive" feel.
While some will be inclined to mount it symmetrically for cosmetic appeal, I recommend applying it as shown here for better function.
